The farmhouse is located in Parrano in the province of Terni. We are in Umbria, in a panoramic position in the valley of the Chiani river. We offer hospitality in nineteenth-century rural houses which have been recently restored respecting the materials of the styles of the past and surrounded by hectares of woods and olive groves. Our apartments are elegantly furnished and offer the typical comforts of an elegant structure without losing the characteristics of the rural atmosphere. In the surroundings there is the possibility of horseback riding, visits to archaeological sites and tastings in the many wineries in the area.
Swimming Pool
At guests' disposal a charming swimming pool surrounded by greenery with deck chairs and umbrellas, the ideal corner to relax and refresh during the summer. The swimming pool and facilities are surrounded by a well-kept park, a pleasant natural environment where you can go for walks and enjoy a pleasant relaxing stay.
Where we are
Our farmhouse is in Parrano in the province of Terni, in one of the most beautiful areas of Umbria. We are a short distance from Orvieto, Todi, Assisi, Città della Pieve and many other very interesting towns. Being close to the border with Tuscany, you can also easily reach Pienza, Montalcino and the spa towns of San Casciano and Montepulciano. Just 9 km from the property is Fabro with its medieval castle, a typical historical testimony of the Umbrian territory. Outside the classic tourist itineraries you will find small villages in the hills that bring back the atmosphere of ancient times. We are easily accessible both from the highway and from the airport and for our guests we can send a car with driver to the airport or arrange for hire.

Our four apartments have a double bedroom, private bathroom with tub or shower, kitchenette, living room and reserved outdoor space. "Rigoletto" has a large fireplace, lace, exposed beams, stone walls, a private gazebo covered with jasmine and is ideal for couples. "Flauto Magico", for two or four people, is characterized by a private patio overlooking the garden, antique furniture and large double bed. "Bohème" stands out for a double sofa bed that can accommodate up to 4 people and for the wonderful panoramic terrace which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding valley. Finally "Parsifal", apartment where books and literature play a leading role. You can relax or read both inside the accommodation and on the private terrace. For a total of 4/6 beds, it has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
