Our farmhouse is in the hills 2 km from Panicale, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and a few steps from Lake Trasimeno. We are in the province of Perugia, in a typical stone farmhouse in the Nestore Valley. We offer accommodation in country apartments with terracotta floors, ceilings with exposed tiles and stone walls in the wonderful rural atmosphere typical of the Umbrian tradition. At your disposal a beautiful lounge where breakfasts will be served and an area for the fun and entertainment of the little ones. The agritourism activity is accompanied by a riding school and an organic farm of over 25 hectares of land that produces an extraordinary extra virgin olive oil.
Swimming Pool and Activities
At guests' disposal a splendid panoramic swimming pool, ideal on the hottest summer days. The swimming pool is surrounded by a magnificent green lawn and is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. Being also a didactic farm we collect grapes and olives and organize holidays for adults and children. In the vicinity of the structure you can carry out various outdoor activities and you will find trekking routes, mountain bike trails, a sailing club with sailing school and boat rental, a 9-hole golf course, an oasis where you can practice bird watching and lovely spas.
Equestrian Center
At our equestrian center you will find a stable with 8 boxes and saddlery. We organize nature walks for all levels of experience with wonderful views of Lake Trasimeno and the surrounding countryside. An expert guide will accompany you during your walks and we organize personalized excursions even for several days. For the first approaches to horseback riding, children and beginners can take lessons in the large sandpit. Finally, we offer the boarding house for horses in boxes, large paddocks with shed and the possibility of accommodation for those who want to bring their horse on holiday. We ensure maximum hospitality for your horses and riders.

Our farmhouse is located a few steps from the historic center of Panicale, a charming medieval town in the province of Perugia. We are on the hills of Umbria near Lake Trasimeno and not far from the border with Tuscany. Starting from Panicale you can quickly reach very interesting places such as Città della Pieve, Marsciano, Todi and Orvieto, while Perugia is only 34 km away. Lovers of relaxation can reach the spa towns of eastern Tuscany including Chianciano, San Casciano and Montepulciano which are just some of the villages with a wide choice of spas.
