Our bed and breakfast is located in Mercatello di Marsciano, in the Province of Perugia. We are in Umbria, in a small 13th century village at the foot of the Montevibiano castle, in an area of vineyards and olive groves. The structure was obtained from an old 19th century farmhouse and the result of the restoration is a truly suggestive and comfortable environment. The outdoor spaces are very well cared for and will allow you to relax outdoors enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. You will find areas equipped with tables, chairs and umbrellas, ideal for your moments of relaxation.

Our structure offers its guests a series of services designed to ensure maximum comfort and to have the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the area. You will find a common equipped kitchen, a garden, private parking, barbecue area, Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning. Those who wish to discover our enchanting territory can borrow our bicycles for free and have fun on trips in the countryside, among beautiful towns and wonderful natural landscapes.

We are in Mercatello, a hamlet of Marsciano surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sunflower fields. We are located in the province of Perugia, in the heart of Umbria. Mercatello is about 20 km from Perugia and a short distance from other famous tourist destinations in the area. Todi, Città della Pieve, Orvieto, Bastia Umbra and Foligno are just some of the most interesting towns in Umbria. The structure is in a favorable position to reach eastern Tuscany and the numerous spas such as Montepulciano, San Casciano or Chianciano. Nature lovers can go hiking on Lake Trasimeno, to the Monte Subasio Park or in the countryside surrounding our house.
