Deep in the green nature of Umbria, a few minutes from the inner town of Todi, the farmhouse rises from the restoration of an ancient monastic residence dating back to the 1200. The house has obtained the "five spikes" classification, a special reward for high quality touristic centres in Umbria. We are in the contest of an agricultural farm that mailny deals with animal breeding and cultivation of cereals and olive trees. At the guests disposal a panoramic swimming pool that covers 7x18 metres. The pool offers a wonderful view on Todi and it is provided with sunbeds and parasols, a corner of paradise where to relax and refresh in company.
Spa
The spa, realized with suggestive ancient stones, offers a wide range of services. It is provided with turkish bath, sauna, Jacuzzi wirlpool with cromotherapy and aromatherapy, emotional shower, waterfall shower, relax area, solar shower and massage centre. On request it is possible to ask for relaxing massages or physiotherapeutic treatments. On the other hand, for those who desire to keep in shape even during the holidays, we make available a little gym equipped with cyclette, tapis roulant and polifuntional tools.

The agritourism is provided with two spacious verandas equipped with tables and chairs, a cozy place where to have breakfast, read a book or spend time in company. Meat lovers can even organize a barbecue in our equipped area. At the guests disposal, ideal for children, a spacious hall with biliards, table football, Xbox and table games. Television and Wi-Fi connection are available in our common indoor areas as bar and reception hall. On request baby sitting service and car/bike rent.

Every room has wooden beams in view, stone walls and traditional furniture and they are provided with independent entrance, autonomous heating, television, fridge, hair drier and private bathroom with shower. Those who desire a more independent and romantic sojourn can opt for the suite, an elegant and spacious solution for two people with panoramic view on Todi. Moreover, we can suggest our apartments, everyone with two or four beds. They are composed of kitchenette, bsathroom, bedroom and, eventually, sofa bed or additional bunk bed. The rooms and apartments are equipped with air conditioning.
