Borgo Santa Maria
The farmhouse is in a wonderful hamlet of Santa Maria, near Orvieto. We are in Umbria, in the province of Terni. The region is characterized by verdant countryside, art towns and naturalistic destinations where to organize pleasant excursions. Our ancient complex has been restored and nowadays the agriturism is a suggestive tourist centre, ideal for relaxing holidays. The accommodations are furnished with traditional style and they offer all the modern comforts.
Swimming Pool, Sports and Services
Our facility features a beautiful swimming pool with a whirlpool and a green area equipped for sports and recreational activities such as soccer, volleyball, ping pong, and bocce. Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy a fish-filled pond, and those who want to stay fit can work out in the facilities around the pond or rent our mountain bikes to explore the area's beauty. Children will love the slides and swings in the garden. We also have a green area for recreation, a covered outdoor pergola for events, an organic fruit orchard, and a vegetable garden where you can pick your favorite produce free of charge.
Meeting Room for Groups
Our farmhouse also has a space dedicated to conviviality and socializing. A pleasant place to gather for an event and enjoy a friendly and welcoming atmosphere surrounded by nature. For this very purpose, we offer the Locanda delle Rose, a perfect place for groups to eat and spend time together, experiencing country life.

The new sauna, an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery, is another of our services. Built with natural materials and equipped with the latest technology, it offers a rejuvenating experience for body and mind in the tranquility of our pristine environment. Perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking or simply for a moment of pure well-being.
Wood-fired hot tub
After a sauna or sports activity, you can enjoy the wood-fired hot tub, which creates a welcoming atmosphere with natural warmth that relaxes muscles, relieves stress, and improves circulation.
