Our farmhouse is located in Umbria, in the municipality of Paciano, just 2 km from the historic center. We are in a complex of stone houses on the hills of the natural park of Monte Pausillo in the province of Perugia. The farmhouse offers hospitality in six apartments (one-room, two-room and three-room apartments) furnished in style and all independent. Our guests also benefit from various services, private parking, barbecue, electricity, water, weekly change of linen, cots, high chairs and additional beds. We have agreements with some restaurants near our farmhouse.
Pool and Outdoor Spaces
The panoramic swimming pool (6 x 12 meters wide by 1.45 meters deep) is for the exclusive use of guests and is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds in the large green space by the pool. In addition to the swimming pool, we also offer a fitness course of about 3 km, a grass soccer field and a playground for children, an ideal space to play outdoors in complete safety. Various animals live in the area surrounding the housing structures, including a splendid herd of horses. A holiday with us is therefore ideal for families with children.

We are in Umbria, towards the border with the eastern part of Tuscany, known for the spa resorts such as San Casciano, Chianciano and Montepulciano. We are less than 40 km from Perugia and very close to other interesting places in the area. Lovers of historical-architectural tourism can go to Orvieto, Todi, Città della Pieve, Marsciano, Montalcino and Cortona. Sports fans will find a soccer field and a tennis court a short distance from us.

The two two-room apartments "Acquasanta" and "Club House" can accommodate 3 and 4 people respectively and are both located on the ground floor. We also offer hospitality in three three-room apartments, all on the ground floor with the availability of 5 or 6 beds. "Castellaro" and "Montebello" cover 90 and 100 square meters respectively and both have a fireplace. "Due Laghi" is the most spacious apartment of the agriturismo, it is located on the raised ground floor and has a splendid covered terrace.
