Monastero San Biagio
Our Resort is in Nocera Umbra in the province of Perugia. We are in Umbria, in the Park of Monte Subasio, surrounded by a luxuriant vegetation of an intense green where the gaze is lost among woods, fields, hills and mountains. In this corner of peace is located the Antico Monastero of San Biagio where you will find all the ideal conditions for a holiday in a magical place protected by the natural context that surrounds it. Here, after 1300 years of history, hospitality, art and tradition, a center of regeneration and well-being was born with exclusive and natural techniques.
Restaurant
The restaurant, with spectacular views of the hills, offers genuine cuisine characterized by raw materials from its own farms and organic crops from the area. The cuisine is both local and international with particular attention to combinations and taste. The bio-certified farm grows cereals, vegetables, grapes, raises wild black pigs and poultry and produces salami, wine, craft beer, oil and herbal teas.
Craft Brewery
In one of the historical buildings of our Monastery stands the San Biagio Craft Brewery. The essential elements are Nocera water and barley of our production. During the holiday, do not miss the opportunity to visit the brewery to taste our craft beers paired with the restaurant dishes and for guided beer tastings with our Brewmaster.
Holistic Wellness Center

Among the places of greatest interest we mention the caves of Frasassi, Spoleto, Assisi and, for lovers of flora and fauna, the Subasio park, a perfect natural oasis for outdoor walks.

Our rooms are elegant, but essential and maintain the original structure's wooden beams and sober furnishings in perfect harmony with the austere and typical spirit of our monastery. The rooms of the resort hotel have an en suite bathroom with complimentary toiletries and a splendid view of the surrounding area. To remove the elements that disturb the peace and tranquility of our guests, our rooms are not equipped with a TV and it will only be possible to communicate via Wi-Fi. Pets are only allowed in the Padronali Dependance rooms, but their access to the monastery rooms, the restaurant and the Holistic Center is prohibited.
