Our seaside residence is located in a rural village located in the municipality of Otranto, in the province of Lecce. We are in Puglia, in one of the most beautiful and suggestive areas of the Salento coast just 500 meters from the town of Otranto. Here, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, shops, boutiques, tennis courts, riding stables and equipped beach complete the offer of a beautiful and welcoming structure for a perfect holiday.

The Village
The village is on the sea and just 500 meters from the inhabited center, in one of the most beautiful and suggestive areas of the Otranto coast. The stretch of coast that develops just 40 meters from the complex is a succession of rocky promontories, caves, small coves and beaches with such transparent water that you could walk on the bottom. At the center of this natural amphitheater there is a harmonious set of apartments ideally located to enjoy a discreet tranquility and at the same time the advantages offered by a tourist center like Otranto.

The Sea
The property where the residence is located borders the sea. Nearby (30 meters) there is a rocky area with many natural coves all accessible. The coast is a very short distance from the structure and offers a type of sea in which rocky promontories alternate, caves, small coves and beaches with transparent water. The sea is 500 meters away. The sandy beach is 900 meters away and can be reached on foot or by car, leaving it parked on the grounds owned by the residence.

Otranto
Otranto is a tourist city in the heart of Salento, where treasures such as the mighty walls and cubic buildings are preserved, often with a domed vault. The narrow streets will give you the feeling of having entered a piece of the Orient, where history and nature are the protagonists. All this, together with the lights, the colors and the best services, will make you understand why Otranto is an ideal destination to spend unforgettable holidays.

Our residence offers two-room and three-room apartments of recent construction and in an ideal position to enjoy the advantages offered by a center full of entertainment and services such as Otranto. All apartments are tastefully furnished, with a terrace overlooking the sea, parking, solarium, garden, mosquito nets and air conditioning. The villas of the residence are in typical Mediterranean style and consist of simple and spacious rooms consisting of a large living room with kitchenette, one or two beds, double bedroom, twin bedroom, private bathroom, color TV and supply of bed linen and kitchen.
