Our farm is in Schignano, in the province of Como. A romantic oasis in the green of the Intelvi Valley, an area of Lombardy rich of beautiful landscapes and close to Lake Como, one of the most visited and appreciated Italian places by tourists from around the world, with its splendid views, elegant gardens and sumptuous villas. The property is only 8 km from the lake where, from the dock of Argegno, you take a hydrofoil boat to visit it. It is also just 25 minutes from Como and Lenno, 45 minutes from Lugano and about an hour from Milan.
The Restaurant
The restaurant serves specialties from Lombardy and traditional recipes revisited with a pinch of imagination. The kitchen uses natural, genuine ingredients and fresh pasta of own production, accompanied by excellent wines and organic sparkling wines. Upon reservation you can make personalized menus with the possibility of organizing communions, birthdays and anniversaries.
Activities and Sports
The company collaborates with the Yacht Club of Como for nautical sports such as sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. The property has a large wooded area for trekking, walking and a small covered gazebo used as a mini-fitness gym. In the woods of the Valle Intelvi you can go hiking in the mountains and do long walks in search of mushrooms and chestnuts. The property rents to the customers skis, boots and snowshoes for skiing in the nearby slopes. Further activities nearby are tennis and wellness treatments in a nearby center with exclusive discounts and conventions.
Excursions, Surroundings and Events
The company organizes guided tours in the areas of the Intelvi Valley and Lake Como and visits to other areas of interest less than two hours away such as Lake Maggiore, Lake Lugano, the Prealps and Val Darengo. Mostly medium and low difficulty paths are organized, also suitable for families and non-expert people who require the presence of a professional guide. The Lake Como area is full of sporting, cultural and gastronomic events and the area of the Valle Intelvi (where we are) offers cultural, traditional and artisanal events.

The property has 14 comfortable rooms furnished with attention to details to ensure maximum goodness in a magical and romantic atmosphere. The rooms are all equipped with private bathrooms and, upon request, ADSL connection and laundry service. The larger rooms offer the possibility of an extra bed for children (0-3 years). The rooms are: double standard, double superior (larger than standard with balcony / terrace, triple / quadruple fireplace (4/5 beds with balcony / terrace).
Apartments
The farm also rents 5 independent apartments in a renovated building in the center of San Fedele d'Intelvi. Divided into 4 apartments of various sizes and 1 attic accessorized, with all the necessary comfort and heating. Available for rentals of a minimum of 1 week up to a maximum of 6 months. Two-room apartments with large living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dishwasher and oven, double bedroom with balcony and private bathroom with shower. Equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, 21 "LCD TV, free Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
