Our 4 stars Hotel rises from an ancient manor farm in Lido di Noto, a little town in the province of Siracusa close to the seaside. We are in Sicily, near the Natural Reserve of Vendicari. The housing units are located around the baglio, a white stoned courtyard where anciently the farmers arranged their activities. During the hot evenings of summer it is the ideal place for theme events, tastings and entertainment in company. Moreover, from the ancient mill we obtained a bar and a hall where we serve every day the buffet breakfast.
Swimming Pool and Relax Area
At the guests disposal a cozy swimming pool equipped with loungers and parasols, open from May to October. The pool faces on the Oasis of Vendicari and it is provided with a food area with gazebos, an ideal place where to taste cold dishes and fresh fruit. During the evening the pool is lightened by suggestive coloured lights. Moreover, within the internal wellness area it is possible to ask for relaxing treatments or participate at stages, courses and conferences.
Restaurant
Our restaurant faces directly on the courtyard and it is provided with two cozy little hall and a panoramic terrace, ideal for summer dinners. The cuisine proposes three different opportunities: daily menu that changes every day, traditional menu with regional dishes and court menu, composed of original and innovative recipes. Sicilian cuisine lovers can even participate at our cooking classes, hold by our chef. The lessons happen from Tuesday to Saturday and they end with a delicious tasting.
Bar and Breakfast
The Palamento, an ancient mill dating back to 1887, is nowadays the main bar where we serve the breakfast. The buffet offers genuine local products that vary every day with a wide choice of sweets and savory. Our bar is even the ideal place where to relax, spend pleasant moments of company, organize happy hours or music events. The terrace offers a panoramic view on the seaside. Depending on the season you can taste cakes, croissants, homemade marmalades, fresh fruit and delicious squeezed citrus. Moreover, during the sunny days the hotel makes available another bar where to have lunch at the poolside. It proposes sandwiches, tasty mixed salads and cold dishes.

The south-eastern coasts of the Sicily boasts a wide naturalistic area characterized by sandy beaches, suggestive bays and transparent waters. The Natural Reserve of Vendicari is at nearly 1,5 km from the hotel and you can reach it by foot. This Natural Reserve has a wonderful beach equipped with car park and a little bar, while there aren't beach clubs. Moreover, in the territory near Pachino, after nearly 7 km, there is Calamosche, another interesting destination surrounded by suggestive rock promontories.
