Our vacation home is in the heart of the Maremma, 10 km from the historic center of Massa Marittima, a charming medieval village in the province of Grosseto. We are surrounded by greenery, the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside, and just steps from the sea. The property comprises a farmhouse and other buildings, completely restored in keeping with the traditional Maremma features.
Services
Starting from us you can organize mountain bike excursions, naturalistic walks and visit the most interesting towns of the region. Moreover, we make available a gym and a personal trainer that holds single or group courses at the gym or in the open air. At the guests disposal, on reservation, the barbecue area, ideal to prepare delicious grilled meats and fishes. The spacious hall and the portico are ideal to organize events, meetings and ceremonies. Pets are allowed.
Swimming Pool and Sport
At the guests disposal, during summer, an external swimming pool of 9 x 16 metres and, even during the cold months, an internal heated pool of 6 x 12 metres. These ambiences are ideal for relax lovers and for those who want to keep fit. Sport lovers can rent a mountain bike or take advantage of our gym. The territory even proposes various naturalistic paths, ideal for excursions in the Tuscan countryside.

Moreover, at your disposal 2 two-room apartments with bedroom and living room: Giogo e Querciolaia. Finally, four studio apartments with queen-size bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower and TV: Aria, Terra Acqua e Fuoco. Every apartment makes available a private external area equipped with table and chairs. Check-in from 15 to 19 and check-out at 10.
