Our farmhouse is located in Sant'Enea, a fraction of the municipality of Perugia a few minutes from the city center. We are in Umbria, in a hilly area surrounded by nature and an ideal place for an outdoor holiday in the beautiful Tiber valley. Our position is perfect for quickly reaching the most beautiful towns in the region and for participating in the numerous events in the area. Eurochocolate, Umbria Jazz, Winter in Orvieto and the candle race in Gubbio are just some of the events in the area that you should not miss.

The farm offers various services to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay. You will find a spacious reserved parking, a large garden with a panoramic relaxation area and, to the delight of the children, a space dedicated to them to play in total safety. With us you can also spend pleasant moments of company having board games for your evenings and a barbecue area equipped for outdoor dining. You will also enjoy free Wi-Fi and our bicycles. Small and medium size pets allowed.

The three lodgings, "Ginestra", "Girasole" and "Lavanda" consist of kitchen, two separate bedrooms and private bathroom with shower. Each apartment has a kitchen equipped with oven and dishes, fridge and freezer, bathroom and bedroom linen, independent underfloor heating and satellite TV. "Girasole" and "Ginestra" also have a comfortable double sofa bed. "La Rosa" is on the ground floor and consists of a double bedroom, single bedroom, private bathroom with shower, independent entrance, LCD TV, heating, bed linen and towels.
