The Farmhouse
Our farmhouse is a rural residence that stands in an ancient agricultural village completely renovated about 10 km from Assisi, in the province of Perugia. We are in Umbria, in a country residence immersed in the splendid natural setting of the Park of Monte Subasio among streams, woods, farms and organic crops. The property offers outdoor spaces and a splendid swimming pool for relaxing and peaceful holidays in unspoiled nature where guests are surrounded by the silence of nature, large outdoor spaces and paths through the woods and meadows of the estate.
Swimming Pool and Activities
The farmhouse has a swimming pool with deck chairs and sun loungers and two meeting rooms for 50 and 150 people. Large outdoor spaces and expertly maintained gardens are available for guests. You can walk through meadows and woods crossed by streams, paths immersed in the peace and silence of unspoiled nature where you can observe grazing animals and rediscover the fauna of the Park such as fallow deer, roe deer, foxes, birds of prey, porcupines. You will learn about the activities of a real farm with educational itineraries for young and old. And then yoga, mountain-bike excursions, trekking and walks in the park of Monte Subasio Park.
Restaurant and Typical Products
The restaurant's cuisine offers typical regional and national dishes using mainly raw materials produced on the farm such as cold cuts and meats from wild farms, vegetables from organic crops, handmade bread and pasta and craft beer. The residence is also the ideal place for events, courses and business meetings.
Surroundings
The farmhouse is an ideal starting point to visit cities of art such as Assisi, Spello, Gubbio, Spoleto, Perugia, medieval villages such as Bevagna and Gualdo Cattaneo and food and wine places such as Montefalco with its Sagrantino, Trevi and its olive oil . Many events to participate in the surroundings: Calendimaggio in Assisi, Archeofestival in Perugia, Corsa dei Ceri in Gubbio, Giostra della Quintana in Foligno, the Infiorata in Spello, Mercato delle Gaite in Bevagna and Umbria Jazz in Perugia. To note the Cavalcata di Satriano from Nocera Umbra to Assisi in September which crosses and stops right in our estate at the historic Satriano Chapel.

The property also has rooms suitable for the disabled.
