Fattoria Lischeto is a charming farmhouse in the province of Pisa. Ideal for holidays in Tuscany in unspoiled nature and to appreciate tasty gastronomic proposals. The tourist structure is welcoming and hospitable and is located in the countryside between pastures and fields cultivated with the organic method. We are surrounded by rolling hills of the typical Tuscan landscape from which you can enjoy the beautiful panorama of Volterra and the Balze Volterrane.
Swimming Pool and Park
At Fattoria Lischeto farmhouse you will find cordiality and traditional Tuscan hospitality together with welcoming and perfectly restored rooms. Here you can spend a pleasant or relaxing holiday or weekend in a simple, friendly, peaceful environment away from the noise of the city. You will experience a unique atmosphere thanks to our large artistic park and, during the summer, you can enjoy the swimming pool from which you can enjoy a unique panorama.
Restaurant and Tastings
The restaurant of our farmhouse mainly offers organic products and foods with genuine flavors of traditional Tuscan and Sardinian cuisine. We try to meet the different food needs of our guests. Upon request, we offer vegetarian, vegan and food intolerance menus. We also invite you to taste our products, oil, cheese and fresh pasta in our rustic tavern.
Activities
Our structure is also the ideal place for families with children who can play in the open air, observe the cheese making and get to know our animals. In fact, you can admire the animals on the pasture and make friends with Orazio, our very nice donkey Amiatino. Upon reservation you can also taste our cheeses, oil and pasta accompanied by local wines.

In collaboration with partner companies we offer you a stay dedicated to wellness, taste, sport and nature. Horseback riding and excursions in the Volterra countryside with a riding school in Volterra which is about 10 km from the farmhouse. Reduction on the admission price for the Terme di Casciana. Wine tastings in selected companies in our area and guided excursions. Information, reservations and coupon collection in our office.
Rooms and Apartments
We have 5 rooms and 14 one-room, two-room and three-room apartments in the rural style of the original farmhouses, but with all the comforts and essential services. All accommodations have a private bathroom, independent heating and are equipped with bed linen and towels. All apartments have the kitchen with cutlery and crockery, some have an independent entrance and / or an outdoor space to be used freely or access to a panoramic terrace. We also have suitable solutions for the needs of disabled guests. In our farmhouse dogs and cats are welcome.
