Our farmhouse is located in Castiglione del Lago in the province of Perugia. Immersed in the green hills of Umbria, the town stands on a small promontory bathed by Lake Trasimeno which offers wonderful views. From here you can quickly reach centers such as Passignano sul Trasimeno, Perugia, Gubbio, Deruta and also the nearby Tuscan cities. The structure is characterized by 15 hectares of land and wooded area ideal for excursions and walks to discover pheasants, hares, fallow deer and rabbits.
Restaurant and Farm Products
On request there is the possibility to appreciate the tasty family run kitchen of the farmhouse in small typical rooms or in the common dining room. For barbecue lovers an outdoor brazier is available. The company also produces excellent wine, oil, vin santo, jams and other products from the garden which vary according to seasonality.
Swimming pool and Services
Our farmhouse has a swimming pool with Roman steps and hydromassage of 20 x 10 meters. There is also a solarium adjacent to the children's play area from which they can be controlled by family members. The farmhouse also has a children's play area and ample parking. Other services: breakfast on the ground floor in a characteristic room and brazier for barbecues, agreements with various restaurants, boat transport to visit the islets of Lake Trasimeno, pets allowed (to be requested when booking).

Inside the farmhouse you will find a fresh pine forest equipped with games and benches where you can spend relaxing moments with your children and a vegetable garden where vegetables and seasonal fruits are grown. Behind the complex there is a large area dedicated to sport and leisure. Within the 15 hectares of land and woods of the structure you can make pleasant excursions and walks in nature.

The farmhouse has 6 apartments all overlooking the lake, very bright, very welcoming and furnished with elements of poor art. The apartments are equipped with a kitchen with crockery and cutlery, refrigerator, sink and hob, color TV, independent heating, hairdryer in the wall bathroom, wardrobes and drawers for clothing, linen (sheets, towels, pillows and blankets). One of the apartments is fully equipped for disabled people.
