Our farmhouse is located in the enchanting Gulf of Squillace between Catanzaro Lido, the bay of Copanello and the town of Soverato and is immersed in a suggestive landscape that slopes gently towards the Ionian sea. The estate covers 50 hectares of olive groves and citrus orchards and the old houses have been renovated and divided into different housing units. These villas are just a few hundred meters from the recreational area where we find the bar and the panoramic swimming pool.

Services
We have a beautiful patio with a gazebo by the pool overlooking the sea. We offer our guests a holiday in absolute freedom in rooms or apartments in residence formula, with autonomous management of linen, cleaning and cooking. The two-room or three-room apartments can accommodate from 2 to 6 people and all have independent air conditioning, satellite TV, fridge with freezer, drying rack, crockery, veranda and garden.

The Farm
The various rural buildings surrounded by olive trees, have been renovated maintaining the ancient Calabrian styles of elegant country houses and furnished with refined elegance and every comfort. The farm offers its guests the opportunity to witness the harvesting and pressing of olives with tasting of typical products seasoned with the first pressing oil. The milling of olives in the mill and the collection of citrus fruits will contribute to the rediscovery of ancient flavors.

Sea and Surroundings
The beach is only 3.5 km from the estate and at the request of the client there is the possibility of a fee agreement with a beach facility in Lido di Squillace. Nearby you can enjoy the clear sea, white beaches and rocks. The towns of Copanello, Caminia and Pietragrande offer entertainment and services. The ancient village of Squillace and Roccelletta di Borgia deserve the visit of anyone who loves art, history and culture. Other places to visit are the Sila mountains, the ancient Norman castle at Le Castella, Capo Colonna with the temples of Magna Grecia, the Monastery of Serra San Bruno, Stilo and Reggio Calabria with its museums and the Riace Bronzes.

Our double rooms are furnished and decorated in an original way and all with garden overlooking the estate. They have a private entrance, TV, air conditioning, private bathroom, hairdryer, minibar, clothesline and outdoor furniture to enjoy the landscape. The price includes the initial supply of bed linen, towels, courtesy line and the use of the splendid patio with gazebo and sun loungers by the pool overlooking the sea. Our guests can book the hotel service (cleaning and linen change) with an additional cost. Rooms are 200 to 400 meters from the leisure center and pool.

Two Rooms Apartments
Delightful apartment in villa consisting of double bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, veranda with garden on the ground floor and veranda on the upper floor with table and chairs where you can enjoy maximum relaxation or a romantic candlelight dinner.
