Agriturismo La Sorgente
Our farm is located in the ancient village of Brenzio, a small fraction of Gravedona in the province of Como. We are in Lombardy, on the rolling hills that turn to Lake Como. Our facilities are located near the forest, immersed in a beautiful natural atmosphere with the setting of the Lariani Mountains. We are an ideal destination for a holiday in direct contact with nature, as well as an ideal starting point for excursions on foot or by bike in the surrounding area. Recently we have created an area dedicated to wellness and, on request, you can request massages of all kinds practiced by qualified personnel.
The farm
Our agricultural activity is carried out without the use of chemical substances harmful to the environment, but following exclusively traditional methods with biological fertilizers. Mainly we grow vegetables and small fruits like raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries. Our products will be available for purchase as well. In the company there is a workshop where you can watch the processing of fruit for the production of delicious jams. In the complex you will also find a small animal farm, ideal for allowing children to discover their growth and lifestyle. We mainly breed short and sheep animals. You will also find some hives where we produce an excellent honey.
Educational farm
The teaching activity that we propose is included in the Circuit of Accredited Educational Farms with the region of Lombardy and is carried out within a small agricultural museum where it is possible to appreciate the traditional rural tools used in the past. The restaurant is very spacious, welcoming and can accommodate up to 30 people. Our goal is to bring the youngest people closer to country life, discovering their beauty and typicalness. Our educational farm aims to enhance the flavors of the farming world, discover the seasonality of products, understand life cycles of plants and animals on the farm, educate to conscious consumption and discover the origins of food.
Where we are
Our company is in Brenzio, a hilly village of Gravedona about 530 meters above sea level. We are in Lombardy, in the northern part of the province of Como that approaches the Swiss border. Our guests can leave from the farm to go to discover the most beautiful places of Lake Como. In this regard, we absolutely recommend Menaggio, Bellagio and Cernobbio. There are also opportunities for cultural visits to monuments or natural oasis, boat trips or water sports.

Accommodation is possible in the room and in the apartment, for a total of 14 people. Included in the price are the use of equipped kitchen, gas and electricity, towels and bed linen, use of common areas with Wi-Fi, garden and barbecue. Your pets are admitted for free in our accommodations. For groups of families and friends, the farm also offers a common room and a garden for lunches and dinners self-managed by guests.
