"La Subida" is a charming country resort that rises at the beginning of the 80ies, a corner of paradise among the vineyards and the woods of the Collio Goriziano. We are in Cormons, a little village in the province of Gorizia, close to the border with Slovenia. The hospitality concept arises thanks to the development of a country inn and nowadays it is a wonderful hamlet surrounded by the nature, ideal for romantic holidays in the pursuit of relaxation and traditional tastes.
Pool and Relax
At the guests disposal a suggestive pool surrounded by the woods, a magic place where to relax in the silence of nature. The pool is equipped with comfortable sunbeds. "La Subida" offers unforgettable holidays with unique characteristics. Indeed, we make available suggestive open air bath tubs where to share couple moments, read a book or have a nap. An innovative proposal that completely changes the idea of relaxation.
Trattoria and Tavern
The trattoria "Al Cacciatore" is perfect for those who desire to discover the typical tastes of Friuli Venzia Giulia, a cozy ambience where the wines of the Collio meet the traditional recipes. The quality of our cuisine has been awarded with a Michelin Star, high level international recognition. The tavern is instead a more informal place where to spend moment of relaxation or company and organize little parties or conferences. A common area deep in the silence of nature where to read a book, taste a wine glass or our delicious regional products.

"La Subida" is in the territory of Cormons, in the province of Gorizia. We are in the north-eastern side of Friuli Venezia Giulia, an ancient region where the Austro-Hungarian influence is still evident. Indeed, beyond the border there are the wonderful mountains of Slovenia and the Danube plain, naturalistic destinations close to the resort.
